Join us as we cruise on Easey street for our final event of 2018.

Easey Five Upstairs | Sat 8th December | 5 Easey St Collingwood | 6.30 pm for 7 pm start.
Tickets include entrance to Convo, three-course meal, and a complimentary cocktail upon arrival thanks to Starward.
Option to purchase further drinks at a cash bar. Please note the new start time of 6.30 pm.
Catering provided in partnership with Charcoal Lane. Charcoal Lane is a social enterprise that provides guidance and hospitality training to young people, many of whom are Aboriginal. They are also passionate about telling the story of native ingredients and paying respect to Australian culture, land, and environment by creatively combining these unique ingredients into modern Australian cuisine.

Bunya nut and wild lime hummus.
Paperbark smoked kangaroo with pepperleaf mustard.
Garlic and chilli prawns, native citrus and herb salad.
Main
Shared dishes including:
Slow cooked pulled pork scotch fillet with wild apple glaze.
Oven baked trevally, desert lime, ginger and garlic butter.
Roasted chat potatoes with pepperberry and sea blight.
Broccolini and yellow beans, sandalwood nut, lemon myrtle and saltbush.
Dessert
Selection of petit fours including:
Strawberry gum panna cotta with a davidson plum gel.
Flourless orange and almond cake, silken chocolate mousse.
Macadamia and dark chocolate brownie, wattleseed cream.
PLEASE NOTE: no refunds. If you do have a change of plans up until one week prior to the event we can re-sell your ticket once we’ve sold out. If your tickets sells we then give you a full refund. No additional tickets are added to the re-sales list within one week of the event. Apologies for any inconvenience.
