HENRY SUGAR // HIGHLY ARTICULATED CONTEMPORARY AUSTRALIAN CUISINE

Henry Sugar prides itself on showcasing local produce, native Australian ingredients and interesting alcoholic and non alcoholic liquids, presented in honest and delicious dishes and drinks. Their team prepares everything fresh and in house - from fermenting our soft drinks to baking famously light sourdough.

The chefs will be able to explain the ingredients in each dish should you need to avoid something.

Like a concert, we do not refund tickets unless you are covid positive. Please ensure you can make the event before you purchase your ticket. If you have a positive RAT you must send the official confirmation of reporting your positive RAT result from the official Vic Government website before we can provide a refund.

However, we do often have a waitlist. If you can no longer attend we can offer your ticket to this wait list. If it sells, only then will we refund your ticket.

If you arrive to a Convo event visibly intoxicated you will be refused entry without a refund. Drunk people don’t make great chat.

By attending a Convo event you, like us, value respectful conduct. We thank you in advance for your polite behaviour.

We will be changing the questions every two months - Aug and Oct will have different questions.
