House-baked sourdough.
Polenta chips with smoked paprika aioli.

You will be able to order the following options on the night:
Traditional rolled Berkshire pork belly with pickled apple sauce.
Slow roasted eye fillet with home-made horseradish cream.
Salt baked salmon fillet with lemon, garlic, and coriander.
All served with sides to share including roast potatoes, greens and baby leaf salad.
Dessert
Your choice of:
Chocolate and macadamia brownies and house-made vanilla ice cream
or
Gingerbread with poached fruit and vegan custard.
